About Us

Glad you have found our store! Double R-T (Dub R-T) Fitness & Recovery, located in Helena, Montana, and fitness has been a central part of my story of recovery from addiction. I realize that this is not unique to just me - in fact, you'll see "ununique" on some of our apparel, because, while we all have different stories, we so often find that each other's stories - and journeys to recovery - seem more similar than different. 

Life, and fitness and recovery, are better with a community.  There were a couple of goals in starting this business. First, we want to have fun making apparel we love. Second, we hope we can help others find a community of support in their journeys, whether that be fitness, recovery, or both together. Community and connection have meant the world to me and my sobriety, and I know what it can mean to others as well.

Sometimes our apparel will be serious. Sometimes it will be funny - or at least I think it is funny. So glad to have you here.
